“When it comes to creating aesthetic changes, breaking plateaus, meticulous weight training form, menu planning, flexibility, or just safely learning to get into shape, I will design the most effective program and be personally committed until you reach your goals. I believe fitness is a lifestyle and the rewards intrinsically (stress reduction, discipline, confidence, metal focus, etc…) far outweigh the external. I also love doing outdoor workouts, boxing workouts, and whatever else it takes to make it FUN.”
